MOMS Club® of Tega Cay

One of the purposes of our club is to have a child-related service project each year.  In the 2009/2010 year, our service projects will be held on a quarterly basis. 

First Quarter Community Service Project

July – September, 2009 the MOMS Club® of Tega Cay donated over 20 bags of clothing to Tender Hearts House of Hope www.tenderheartsiny ork.org, a local women’s shelter. 

Past service projects have included:

• Charity Golf Tournament
• Cookbook Sale
• Tega Cay Park Clean-up
• Angel Tree

We also give back to a variety of local organizations including:

• Pilgrim’s Inn
• Tega Cay Neighbor’s Helping Neighbors
• Gifts from Santa
• Fort Mill Care Center
• Lake Wylie Assisted Living Center
• Children’s Attention Home

Recently, we have also held several fundraisers at Bruester’s Ice Cream in Fort Mill.  These fundraisers enabled us to be able to donate to local families in need.
